Period 1 - Year 12 GCE Applied ICT
As specified in Mr Slater's Wednesday's lesson, make a copy of the csv datafile from the 6th Form folder in the shared documents area. Load this into Excel to analyse the fieldnames and data structures present. Then decide on two or more table names for your database and create appropriate fieldnames, datatypes, field lengths, data formats and validation rules for each field. Finally, import the relevant data from the datafile into each table and make a suitable relationship between each of your tables. You may need to add extra field(s) to make the relationships.

This work is to be done by Monday 6 March 2006. More work will be given here on Monday.
